Employee Spotlight: Milan Ševčík

Milan Ševčík started working at Vetropack Nemšová as an electromechanic in the cold end workshop in October 2012. His focus was on assortment changes on inspection lines and ensuring smooth packaging of products.

Last year, almost exactly on the 10th anniversary of signing of his contract with Vetropack, Milan Ševčík was offered the position of the foreman of the cold end workshop. The new position brought with it a great deal of responsibility: he is now responsible for the replacement of the assortment and the smooth start-up of production, for all the technologies used in the cold end and resorting line, and for the overall smooth operation of the inspection, transportation and packaging of products in the cold end.

It was the biggest challenge of his life, but he accepted it without hesitation and has never regretted it. As Milan Ševčík already knew the area and the people well, he was not intimidated by the new responsibility. He enjoys the work he finds interesting and enjoys cooperating with his colleagues.
