Joining the Vetropack family: Overcoming initial nervousness

He recalls that his journey at Vetropack began with the typical first day jitters, but that any initial nervousness was quickly overcome thanks to the colleagues from all departments. "They played a key role in helping me integrate seamlessly into the team. Their willingness to share experiences has allowed me to become a valuable member of the collective Vetropack family," he emphasises.

Embracing diversity on every project: A constant learning curve

Jiří Dvořák takes great pleasure in the diversity of his work. "The constant need to adapt and learn keeps me engaged and motivated," he says. For him, the pinnacle of challenges was undoubtedly the reconstruction of the glass furnace. He was all the more proud to see the first glass being produced. "This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team," says Jiří Dvořák.
