Successful final apprenticeship examination of our glass processing engineers

A total of 8 apprentices took the final exam – and each one of them mastered the challenge successfully! The results speak for themselves:
•🏆 3 apprentices with excellent success
•🎖 3 apprentices with good success
•✅ 2 apprentices passed

These outstanding achievements are a testament to the dedication, motivation, and hard work of our young professionals. The training to become a glass processing engineer is demanding and requires both technical understanding and practical skills.

A special highlight is that all apprentices will remain with the company even after successfully completing their exams. They have already started their new positions in various departments, contributing to further strengthening our innovation and competitiveness. This seamless transition from training to operational practice underscores the confidence we have in the abilities of our young talents.

Such success doesn’t happen on its own. In addition to the achievements of the apprentices, we would like to thank everyone who has supported them along the way – our dedicated trainers, who pass on their knowledge and experience, as well as colleagues in the departments who have guided our apprentices throughout their training.
